Cancellation & Substitution

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing. Cancellations made prior to February 12, 2019 will be refunded, less a $100 cancellation fee. Any cancellations made after February 12, 2019 will not be refunded. Conference registrations may be transferred to another person at any time prior to the event. Please email all cancellation and transfer requests to: registration@demandbase.com. In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled, Demandbase will refund any paid registration fees, but will not be liable for any other reimbursements.
